- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the dry cake mix evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter evenly over the cake mix.
- Pour the melted butter over the peanut butter and cake mix layer.
- Sprinkle the peanut butter cups and chocolate chips evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
