- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, brown sugar, peanut butter, softened butter, baking powder, baking soda, milk, vanilla extract, and eggs. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the cake batter into a well-greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
