  • 8 oz fresh burrata cheese Can replace with mozzarella if needed.
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh basil leaves, torn Adds flavor and freshness.
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste To enhance the flavors.

Preparation

  • Arrange the sliced peaches, nectarines, and tomatoes in a circular pattern around a large serving platter.
  • Gently place the burrata in the center of the plate, tearing it slightly to let the creamy center ooze out.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the burrata and surrounding fruit.
  • Finish with a generous drizzle of balsamic glaze, a sprinkle of salt, and freshly cracked black pepper.
  • Scatter fresh basil leaves over the top and serve immediately.

Notes

This salad is best eaten fresh. If you have leftovers, keep the components separate in airtight containers for optimal taste. Add nuts for a crunchy element or experiment with different herbs for variety.
