Ingredients
  

For the Crumble Topping
  • 1.5 cups 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 0.25 tsp 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 0.25 tsp 1/4 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cups 1/2 cup unsalted butter room temperature, plus more for greasing
For the Peach Filling
  • 6 cups 6 cups peeled and sliced peaches about 6 peaches
  • 0.5 cups 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 0.25 tsp 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1 tbsp 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, light brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to create the crumble topping.
  3. Add the butter to the crumble mixture and mix until the texture resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside.
  4. In another bowl, combine the sliced peaches with additional brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Toss until well coated.
Baking
  1. Transfer the peaches to the greased baking dish and sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over them.
  2. Bake for about 35-40 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbling.

Notes
