- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with butter.
- Combine the sliced peaches with the granulated sugar, then spread them evenly in the bottom of the greased casserole dish.
- In a mixing bowl, blend together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the melted butter and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, mixing until well combined. Using your hands, drop small dollops of the batter onto the peaches.
- Sprinkle a little cinnamon over the dough.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the fruit is bubbly and the cobbler topping is golden brown.
