  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened Make sure the butter is softened for easier mixing.
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Add-Ins
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows Use fresh marshmallows for the best texture.
  • 1 cup chopped peanuts Adjust the amount of peanuts according to your preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt, then gradually add it to the peanut butter mixture until combined.
  4. Fold in the mini marshmallows and chopped peanuts.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  2. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
