  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows Use fresh for the best texture.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt, then gradually add it to the peanut butter mixture until combined.
  5. Fold in the mini marshmallows and chopped peanuts.
Baking
  1. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  3. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
