Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Cut the cauliflower into small florets of roughly equal size for even roasting.

- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared cookie sheet.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, stirring once or twice, until the cauliflower turns golden brown and becomes tender-crisp.
