  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spray a rimmed cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  3. Cut the cauliflower into small florets of roughly equal size for even roasting.
  4. Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese until well-coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes, stirring once or twice, until the cauliflower turns golden brown and becomes tender-crisp.
