  • 4 pieces Boneless Chicken Breasts (about 1 lb or 450g)
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise or Greek Yogurt Greek yogurt can be used for a healthier option.
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (divided) Reserve half for topping.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Seasoning Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Optional Ingredients
  • Olive Oil Optional for marinating.
  • Fresh herbs like parsley, thyme, or basil Optional for flavor.
  • Crushed red pepper flakes or cayenne Optional for spice.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut each chicken breast into three equal pieces.
  2. Optionally marinate chicken with salt, garlic powder, and olive oil or brine in saltwater.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Mix mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, half the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  5. Place chicken in a greased baking dish and spoon the topping over each piece.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
Cooking
  1. Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  2. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
