Preparation
- Cut each chicken breast into three equal pieces.
- Optionally marinate chicken with salt, garlic powder, and olive oil or brine in saltwater.

- Mix mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, half the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Place chicken in a greased baking dish and spoon the topping over each piece.
- Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
Cooking
- Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
