Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs gluten-free for a gluten-free option
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 egg beaten

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  • In a shallow bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush each chicken breast with olive oil, then dip into the beaten egg.
  • Dredge the chicken breasts in the Parmesan mixture, pressing to coat evenly.
  • Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not touch.
  • Cook for 10 minutes, flip the chicken, and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is golden brown.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
