Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place each ear of corn in a pouch of foil.
- Rub the tops with 1 tbsp of butter and season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Seal the foil pouches and bake on a sheet pan or in a casserole dish for 10 minutes.
- Carefully remove the pouches, turn the corn to the opposite side, reseal, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until desired doneness.
- Allow to cool slightly, garnish with parsley if desired, then serve and enjoy!

Notes
