  • 4 tbsp butter Can be adjusted based on taste.
  • to taste Salt Use cautiously if the butter is salted.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place each ear of corn in a pouch of foil.
  3. Rub the tops with 1 tbsp of butter and season with salt and pepper as desired.
  4. Seal the foil pouches and bake on a sheet pan or in a casserole dish for 10 minutes.
  5. Carefully remove the pouches, turn the corn to the opposite side, reseal, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until desired doneness.
  6. Allow to cool slightly, garnish with parsley if desired, then serve and enjoy!

Notes
