  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 piece egg, beaten
  • Cooking spray For coating the baking sheet

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.
  2. Serve hot.
