  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 piece egg, beaten
  • Cooking spray For coating the baking sheet

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each chicken breast in the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.

Cooking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

To store leftover Oven Fried Chicken, let it cool to room temperature. Then place it in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. To reheat, simply bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until heated through. For added flavor, marinate the chicken in your favorite seasonings for a few hours before breading.
