  • 1/4 cup Honey Different types of honey can provide distinct flavors.
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced Increase the garlic for more flavor.
  • 1 medium Onion, thinly sliced Scatter sliced onion throughout the dish.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped (optional) Use for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the sausages in a single layer in a baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the glaze by whisking together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Coat the sausages with the glaze, turning them to cover evenly. Scatter the sliced onion throughout the dish.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning the sausages halfway for a nice, sticky finish.
  2. Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.
