Preparation

- Arrange the sausages in a single layer in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix the glaze by whisking together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and black pepper until smooth.
- Coat the sausages with the glaze, turning them to cover evenly. Scatter the sliced onion throughout the dish.
Cooking
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning the sausages halfway for a nice, sticky finish.
- Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.
