  • 12 oz 12 oz chocolate chips for melting

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by rolling with a rolling pin in a zip-top bag.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
  5. Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated, then place them back on the baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until the chocolate sets.

Notes
