Preparation
- Crush the Oreos: Use a food processor for a fine blend or crush them in a resealable bag with a rolling pin until you have small crumbs.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with the softened cream cheese and mix until fully incorporated.
- Shape the Mixture: Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls. Place these on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill: Pop the baking sheet into the freezer for about 30 minutes to help the balls hold their shape during the dipping process.
- Melt the Chocolate: While the balls firm up, melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts, stirring until smooth.
- Dip the Balls: Remove from the freezer. Dip each ball into the melted white chocolate, ensuring they are completely coated. Let any excess chocolate drip off.
- Set and Serve: Place the chocolate-coated balls back on the parchment paper and chill until the chocolate is set. Once hardened, they’re ready to serve!
