- Dissolve the Jell-O: In a mixing bowl, combine the orange Jell-O mix with boiling water. Stir until the mixture is completely dissolved.
- Chill: Mix in the cold water and then refrigerate the Jell-O mixture for about 15 minutes.
- Add the Pudding: Once chilled, stir in the vanilla instant pudding mix until it’s fully combined.
- Return to Refrigeration: Place the mixture back in the refrigerator for an additional 20 minutes.
- Fold in Creaminess: Carefully fold in the softened cream cheese and whipped topping. Then, add most of the mandarin oranges and mini marshmallows—saving some of both for garnish.
- Chill Again: Cover the bowl and let it chill for at least 2 hours.
- Serve: Scoop the fluffy mixture into individual bowls and top with the saved marshmallows and mandarin orange slices for that beautiful finish.
