Ingredients

For the Fluff
  • 3 oz orange Jell-O mix Box
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 3.4 oz vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 8 oz frozen whipped topping Tub
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Block
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 28 oz mandarin oranges, drained Can

Method

Preparation
  1. Dissolve the Jell-O: In a mixing bowl, combine the orange Jell-O mix with boiling water. Stir until the mixture is completely dissolved.
  2. Chill: Mix in the cold water and then refrigerate the Jell-O mixture for about 15 minutes.
  3. Add the Pudding: Once chilled, stir in the vanilla instant pudding mix until it’s fully combined.
  4. Return to Refrigeration: Place the mixture back in the refrigerator for an additional 20 minutes.
  5. Fold in Creaminess: Carefully fold in the softened cream cheese and whipped topping. Then, add most of the mandarin oranges and mini marshmallows—saving some of both for garnish.
  6. Chill Again: Cover the bowl and let it chill for at least 2 hours.
  7. Serve: Scoop the fluffy mixture into individual bowls and top with the saved marshmallows and mandarin orange slices for that beautiful finish.
