Method
 

Cooking the Meat
  1. In a large skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onion is translucent and fragrant.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Pour in the marinara sauce and stir to combine.
  2. Break the lasagna noodles into smaller pieces and add them to the skillet, stirring gently to coat in the sauce.
  3. Let it simmer, adjusting heat as necessary, until the noodles are tender (about 20-25 minutes).
Final Touches
  1. Once the noodles are cooked, dollop ricotta cheese over the top and sprinkle with mozzarella.
  2. Cover the skillet with a lid and let it cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese melts and is bubbly.
