- In a large pot or skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

- Stir in the ground beef and cook until it is browned.
- Add the diced carrots, beef broth, tomato sauce, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low.
- Stir in the uncooked bowtie pasta and cover the pot.
- Simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked and the liquid has absorbed.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
