Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 8 ounces uncooked dried cavatappi
  • 10 ounces diced cooked chicken (about 2 cups)
  • 1 bag fresh spinach (5 ounces, large stems removed)
  • 1/3 cup chopped drained oil-packed sundried tomatoes

  • 2 ounces Land O Lakes® Aged Italian Blend Fine Cut Shredded Cheese (about 1/2 cup)

Method

Cooking Instructions
  1. Combine the chicken broth, whipping cream, onion powder, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning in a 12-inch skillet; stir to blend.
  2. Cook over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes or until the mixture begins to simmer.
  3. Add the uncooked cavatappi; cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, for about 10-15 minutes, or until the pasta is al dente.
  4. Stir in the diced chicken, fresh spinach, and sundried tomatoes. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the spinach is wilted.
