  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
For the Topping
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup strawberry glaze

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture firmly into your pie dish to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the prepared crust.
  4. Layer the halved strawberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Drizzle the strawberries with strawberry glaze.
  6. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
