  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Soften for a smoother mixture. Low-fat version can be used.
  • 16 oz white chocolate chips For coating the Oreo balls.
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice For added flavor.
  • Orange colored sprinkles Optional for decoration.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese. Mix until well incorporated.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals. Stir until smooth and fully melted.
  4. Dip each Oreo ball into the melted white chocolate, ensuring it's thoroughly coated.
  5. Return the coated balls to the parchment-lined baking sheet. If you desire, sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice and orange sprinkles for a festive flair.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, allowing them to set properly before serving.
