For the cream filling

  • 50 g powdered sugar

  • 250 ml whipped topping or whipped cream

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  2. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of your chosen dish to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until you have a smooth mixture.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping or whipped cream until everything is well incorporated.
  5. Spread half of the cream mixture evenly over the crust layer.
  6. Repeat the layers, aiming to finish with the cream mixture on top.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to let it set and allow the flavors to meld beautifully.
