No Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups mini pretzels, roughly crushed
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1.5 cups white chocolate chips (or semi-sweet/dark) You can substitute with semi-sweet or dark chocolate.
Optional Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or butter Optional for melting with chocolate.
  • 0.5 cups chopped peanuts Optional for added crunch.
  • Sea salt flakes Optional, to taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and coconut oil or butter, then microwave until fully melted, stirring in between.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, peanut butter, and chopped peanuts (if using).
  4. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the pretzel mixture and fold until well coated.
  5. Drop heaping spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
  7. Refrigerate for at least one hour until firm.

Notes
