Preparation
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and coconut oil or butter, then microwave until fully melted, stirring in between.
- In a large bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, peanut butter, and chopped peanuts (if using).
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the pretzel mixture and fold until well coated.
- Drop heaping spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour until firm.
