Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the golden Oreo crumbs, melted butter, and salt until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan and refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
- For the cream cheese layer, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold gently into the cream cheese mixture.
- Divide the filling into two bowls. In one bowl, add the red food coloring and mix until you achieve your desired shade. In the second bowl, dissolve the blue raspberry Jell-O in boiling water and let it cool slightly.
Layering
- Spoon in the red filling on top of the crust first, spreading it evenly. Chill for about an hour, then repeat with the white cream cheese layer and blue Jell-O layer, allowing sufficient time for each to set in the refrigerator.
Topping
- When ready to serve, decorate with fresh blueberries and strawberry halves.
