Preparation
- Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and set it aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter. Heat in intervals of 30 seconds, stirring in between, until everything is completely melted and smooth.
- Stir in the mini marshmallows until they are evenly coated in the chocolate mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the Red and Green M&M's on top and gently press them down into the mixture.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours to allow the bars to set completely.
- Once set, remove from the fridge and cut into 2-inch squares.

Notes
