  • ½ cup milk
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a saucepan, combine the sugar, cocoa powder, butter, and milk. Bring to a rolling boil over medium heat while stirring continuously.
  2. Once boiling, let it cook for 1 minute without stirring, then remove it from the heat.
  3. Stir in the rolled oats, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper or parchment paper. Let them cool and set completely before serving.
