Cream Mixture
  • 8 ounces 8 Ounces Whipped Cream (room temperature)
  • 8 ounces 8 Ounces Cream Cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 tablespoon 1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract Adjust to taste
Fruit Layer
  • 2 2 Bananas (sliced)
Topping
  • 1 can 1 Can Blueberry Pie Filling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together the room-temperature cream cheese and whipped cream on medium speed until smooth (about 2-3 minutes).
  2. Add the sugar and vanilla extract; continue mixing until well blended and creamy (about 2 minutes).
  3. Line the bottom of the graham cracker pie crust with the sliced bananas.
  4. Carefully pour the creamy mixture over the bananas, smoothing it out for an even top.
  5. Pour the entire can of blueberry pie filling over the top and spread it evenly.
  6. Cover the pie and refrigerate for at least one hour, preferably 4-6 hours.
  7. Once chilled, slice, plate, and enjoy.
