Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the room-temperature cream cheese and whipped cream on medium speed until smooth (about 2-3 minutes).
- Add the sugar and vanilla extract; continue mixing until well blended and creamy (about 2 minutes).
- Line the bottom of the graham cracker pie crust with the sliced bananas.
- Carefully pour the creamy mixture over the bananas, smoothing it out for an even top.
- Pour the entire can of blueberry pie filling over the top and spread it evenly.
- Cover the pie and refrigerate for at least one hour, preferably 4-6 hours.
- Once chilled, slice, plate, and enjoy.
