  • 2/3 cup unsalted butter, softened Ensure butter is at room temperature.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Gradually stir in the flour until everything is well combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped pecans to create a rich, nutty batter.
  5. Scoop the batter into muffin tins, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  2. Allow muffins to cool slightly before serving warm.
