Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Gradually stir in the flour until everything is well combined.
- Fold in the chopped pecans to create a rich, nutty batter.
- Scoop the batter into muffin tins, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
Baking
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow muffins to cool slightly before serving warm.
