Method

Preparation
  1. Remove the oven racks and set them aside for separate cleaning.
  2. In a small bowl, mix 1 cup of baking soda with warm water, one spoonful at a time, until you achieve a thick frosting-like consistency.
Cleaning Process
  1. Spread the baking soda paste generously over the interior of the oven, especially on the back wall and the floor, avoiding heating elements.
  2. Let the paste sit for at least 30 minutes for light messes or overnight for stubborn grime.
  3. After waiting, spritz white vinegar directly onto the paste to activate a foaming reaction.
  4. Wipe away the paste with a damp cloth, rinsing frequently to remove residue.
  5. For stuck corners, use a toothbrush to scrub them clean gently.
  6. Ensure no slick spots remain. If needed, mist more vinegar and wipe again until the oven feels squeaky clean.
Finishing Touch
  1. Clean the oven racks by soaking them in hot soapy water for 30 to 60 minutes, scrubbing, rinsing, and drying well before placing them back in the oven.
