- Cook ground beef and taco seasoning in a skillet over medium heat until the beef is browned. Pour off any excess fat.
- Add condensed tomato soup, water, and rice to the skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 5 minutes or until the rice is tender.
- Once the rice is cooked, top the mixture with salsa, shredded Cheddar cheese, and shredded lettuce.
- Serve the Nachos Supreme with tortilla chips for dipping.
