Preparation
- Add the diced steak to the bottom of a 5 quart or larger slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing and au jus gravy mix packets over the steak evenly.
- Add the butter pats and pepperoncini peppers.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours, until the steak bites are tender.
- If desired, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
