  • 2-2 ½ pounds sirloin steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 packet ranch dressing seasoning (1.5-ounce)
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix (1-ounce)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (sliced into pats)
  • 6-8 pieces pepperoncini peppers Optional for added flavor
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add the diced steak to the bottom of a 5 quart or larger slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch dressing and au jus gravy mix packets over the steak evenly.
  3. Add the butter pats and pepperoncini peppers.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours, until the steak bites are tender.
  5. If desired, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
