  • 500 g Raw diced lamb Use quality cuts for better flavor.
  • 2 pieces Carrots, chopped Chop uniformly for even cooking.
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 piece Onion, chopped
  • 200 g Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Sweetcorn
  • 3 pieces Potatoes, cubed
Seasoning and Additions
  • 1 jar Mint sauce Adds distinctive flavor; do not skimp.
  • 1 piece Oxo cube Enhances flavor.
  • 2 pieces Lamb stock cubes Enhances flavor.
  • to taste Gravy For thickening.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In your cooker, combine the raw diced lamb, chopped carrots, peas, chopped onion, sliced mushrooms, sweetcorn, and cubed potatoes.
  2. Pour in a full jar of mint sauce.
  3. Fill the cooker with water until all ingredients are submerged.
  4. Add one Oxo cube and two lamb stock cubes to enhance the flavor.
  5. Set the cooker to low, allowing it to cook from 10 PM until 3 PM the next day.
  6. When the stew is ready, stir in gravy to thicken it up.
  7. Keep it warm until you’re ready to serve at 5:30 PM.
