- In your cooker, combine the raw diced lamb, chopped carrots, peas, chopped onion, sliced mushrooms, sweetcorn, and cubed potatoes.
- Pour in a full jar of mint sauce.
- Fill the cooker with water until all ingredients are submerged.
- Add one Oxo cube and two lamb stock cubes to enhance the flavor.
- Set the cooker to low, allowing it to cook from 10 PM until 3 PM the next day.
- When the stew is ready, stir in gravy to thicken it up.
- Keep it warm until you’re ready to serve at 5:30 PM.
