Ingredients
Method
Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well and form into small patties, roughly 1 inch in diameter.
Cooking
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, then add the mini beef patties. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. During the last minute, add a small square of cheddar cheese on each patty to allow it to melt.
Assembly
- Start with one tater tot, adding a dollop of mayonnaise on top. Layer with a piece of lettuce, then the cheeseburger patty, followed by a cherry tomato slice and a pickle slice. Cap it with another tater tot. Secure the layers together with a toothpick.
Serving
- Arrange your mini tater tot cheeseburgers on a serving platter and accompany them with ketchup and additional mayonnaise for dipping.
