Preparation
- Cut the biscuits into two pieces. Roll each piece into a ball using your hands.
- Press each ball of biscuit dough into a thin disc about 1/4 inch thick.
- Place a few slices of pepperoni and a few mozzarella pearls in the center of each disc.
- Gather the edges of the dough and pinch them together to seal the filling inside.
- Place the pizza bombs in a baking dish coated with nonstick spray.
- Melt the butter in the microwave and mix in the Italian seasoning. Brush the mixture over the top of the biscuit dough with a silicone brush.
Baking
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the pizza bombs for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serving
- Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
