Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar Can add extra for sweeter filling
  • 1/4 cup Butter Softened
For the filling
  • 1 cup Apple pie filling Store-bought or homemade, can substitute with other fruit fillings

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Spray a 24-cup mini muffin tin generously to ensure easy release after baking.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend all-purpose flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, and softened butter together until it’s crumbly and resembles wet sand with pea-sized pieces of butter throughout.
  3. Scoop about a tablespoon of this mixture into each mini muffin space, pressing firmly across the bottom and up the sides to create a well.
  4. Spoon approximately one tablespoon of apple pie filling into each cup, ensuring to include both the tender apples and syrup for maximum flavor.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the tops start to brown.
  6. Allow the bites to cool in the tin for 10 to 15 minutes before serving warm or at room temperature.
