Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin generously with non-stick spray.
- In a bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, and softened butter. Mix until you achieve a nice crumble consistency.
- Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the crumble mixture into each mini muffin cup. Press the mixture down firmly along the bottom and sides to create tiny 'cups'.
- Add about 1 tablespoon of apple pie filling into each mini cup.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
- Allow them to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before serving.
