Ingredients

For the Crumble
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 12 tablespoons butter (softened) Using cold butter can create a flakier crumble.
For the Filling
  • 1 can apple pie filling Alternatively, make homemade apple pie filling for a personalized touch.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin generously with non-stick spray.
  2. In a bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, and softened butter. Mix until you achieve a nice crumble consistency.
  3. Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the crumble mixture into each mini muffin cup. Press the mixture down firmly along the bottom and sides to create tiny 'cups'.
  4. Add about 1 tablespoon of apple pie filling into each mini cup.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  2. Allow them to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before serving.
