  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened) Make sure it is softened for smooth blending.
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • to garnish Fresh parsley

Instructions
 

Cooking the Chicken

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  • Remove from skillet and set aside.

Making the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, add cream cheese and heavy cream. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Add grated Parmesan and thyme, stirring until the sauce thickens (about 3 minutes).

Finishing Touches

  • Return chicken to the skillet, spooning the creamy sauce over the top.
  • Let the chicken simmer in the sauce for 2-3 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with steamed rice, mashed potatoes, or fresh vegetables. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Reheat gently and add a splash of cream or broth if needed. Feel free to add sautéed mushrooms or spinach to the sauce for extra flavor.
