  • 1/3 cup freshly sliced chives
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce Adjust to taste for spiciness.

  1. Cook the bacon until it’s crispy. Drain it well and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine the chopped bacon with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced chives, and hot sauce.
  3. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 1 to 24 hours to enhance the flavors.
  5. When you’re ready to serve, simply dish it out and enjoy!
