Ingredients
  

Brownie Base

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted Make sure it's melted but not hot.
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder For richer flavor, consider using dark cocoa powder.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Cheesecake Layer

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Let come to room temperature for smooth texture.
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans Can substitute with walnuts or almonds.
  • 2 pieces Milky Way candy bars, chopped Can substitute with Snickers or Reese's.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and 2 cups of sugar until combined.
  • Beat in the 4 eggs and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  • Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese with 1/4 cup of sugar, 1 egg, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla until creamy.

Assembly

  • Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
  • Dollop the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer and gently swirl them together.
  • Pour the remaining brownie batter on top and swirl again.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce over the top, then sprinkle chopped pecans and chopped Milky Way pieces evenly over everything.

Baking

  • Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean with a few moist crumbs attached.
  • Allow to cool completely before slicing. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

These brownies can be served warm or at room temperature. For a special treat, serve them with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of extra caramel sauce on top. Store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for longer storage.
