Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and 2 cups of sugar until combined.
- Beat in the 4 eggs and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese with 1/4 cup of sugar, 1 egg, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla until creamy.
Assembly
- Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
- Dollop the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer and gently swirl them together.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter on top and swirl again.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top, then sprinkle chopped pecans and chopped Milky Way pieces evenly over everything.
Baking
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean with a few moist crumbs attached.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing. Serve and enjoy!

Notes
