Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.

Cooking

  • Stir in black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning. Cook until heated through.
  • In a greased casserole dish, layer tortilla chips, followed by the beef mixture, and top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.

Serving

  • Serve hot, topped with sour cream and green onions if desired.

Notes

You can customize this recipe by adding your favorite ingredients like bell peppers or jalapeños. For a healthier version, use ground turkey or chicken instead of beef.
