- Bring water to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Once the water is boiling, add the sweet corn kernels and cook for 4-5 minutes or until tender.
- Drain the water and place the corn in a bowl.
- While the corn is still warm, add the unsalted butter and mix until it’s completely melted and evenly coated.
- Add the salt, red chili powder, black pepper, chaat masala, and lime juice.
- Toss everything together well and serve warm.
