  • 3 cups Sweet corn kernels Fresh or frozen, thawed properly.
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter Use while warm for better mixing.
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder Adjust to taste.
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper powder Adjust to taste.
  • ½ teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 2 teaspoons Chaat masala For additional flavor.
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon juice or Lime juice For brightness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Once the water is boiling, add the sweet corn kernels and cook for 4-5 minutes or until tender.
  3. Drain the water and place the corn in a bowl.
  4. While the corn is still warm, add the unsalted butter and mix until it’s completely melted and evenly coated.
  5. Add the salt, red chili powder, black pepper, chaat masala, and lime juice.
  6. Toss everything together well and serve warm.
