Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to combine.
  4. Let the salad marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Stir again before serving and garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.

Notes
