Preparation
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melting Candy Melts
- Stir 2 tablespoons of tequila into the white candy melts, then melt them according to package instructions.
- Mix 1 tablespoon of sweetened lime juice into the lime green candy melts before melting.
Creating the Bark
- Pour the melted white candy onto the parchment-lined baking sheet and spread evenly.
- Drizzle the melted green candy on top, and use a knife to create figure-eight swirls.
- Sprinkle sparkling sugar over the top before the bark sets.
Chilling
- Place the tray in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes, or until fully set.
Serving
- Once hardened, break the bark into uneven pieces and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
