Ingredients
  

Candy Melts
  • 12 oz White candy melts
  • 1/2 cup Lime green candy melts
Flavors
  • 2 tablespoons Tequila (silver or blanco recommended) Can substitute with non-alcoholic variant if desired.
  • 1 tablespoon Sweetened lime juice
Garnish
  • to taste Sparkling sugar For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melting Candy Melts
  1. Stir 2 tablespoons of tequila into the white candy melts, then melt them according to package instructions.
  2. Mix 1 tablespoon of sweetened lime juice into the lime green candy melts before melting.
Creating the Bark
  1. Pour the melted white candy onto the parchment-lined baking sheet and spread evenly.
  2. Drizzle the melted green candy on top, and use a knife to create figure-eight swirls.
  3. Sprinkle sparkling sugar over the top before the bark sets.
Chilling
  1. Place the tray in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes, or until fully set.
Serving
  1. Once hardened, break the bark into uneven pieces and store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes
