  1. Gather all your ingredients and preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy clean-up.
  2. Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and cut any larger ones in half. Transfer the prepared sprouts into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the bacon pieces, salt, and pepper to the Brussels sprouts. Drizzle with olive oil and maple syrup, then toss everything together until the sprouts are well coated.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on your prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Make sure to stir halfway through to ensure even crispiness. You’ll know they’re ready when the bacon is crispy and the Brussels sprouts have caramelized.
