Cooking Instructions

  • Place chopped potatoes in a 6L slow cooker.
  • Add chopped onion, trimmed bacon, grated cheese, and garlic granules.
  • Cover with tin foil for easier clean-up.
  • Cook on low for 7 hours.
  • Serve with a salad.

Notes

After cooking, let the loaded potatoes cool before storing them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Consume within 3 to 5 days. For extra flavor, add sour cream or green onions on top when serving. Can also be cooked in the oven at low temperature if a slow cooker is not available.
