  • 8 rashes of bacon, trimmed

Preparation
  1. Place chopped baby potatoes in a 6L slow cooker.
  2. Add chopped onion, trimmed bacon, and a sprinkle of garlic granules.
  3. Top with lots of grated cheese.
  4. Cover with tin foil for easier cleaning.
Cooking
  1. Cook on low for 7 hours.
