  • 8 rashes of bacon, trimmed

Preparation

  • Place chopped baby potatoes in a 6L slow cooker.
  • Add chopped onion, trimmed bacon, and a sprinkle of garlic granules.
  • Top with lots of grated cheese.
  • Cover with tin foil for easier cleaning.

Cooking

  • Cook on low for 7 hours.
