Preparation

- While the tots are baking, heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté the ground beef until it’s browned, draining any excess fat afterward.
- Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to season the beef mix well.
Assembly
- Once the tater tots are crispy, generously top them with the beef mixture and shredded cheddar cheese, then return to the oven at 400°F until the cheese is melted.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing mayo, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice in a small bowl.
- Remove the tater tots from the oven and garnish with diced onions, tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and dill pickles, then drizzle the sauce on top.
- Serve immediately for maximum crunch.
