Ingredients
  

For the Fries
  • 1 bag frozen French fries or 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
For the Beef and Toppings
  • 225 grams ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste Salt
  • Black pepper to taste Black pepper
  • 150 grams shredded cheddar cheese
  • 120 milliliters sour cream
  • 40 grams diced red onion
  • 40 grams chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or green onions

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Set the oven temperature to 220°C and allow it to fully preheat.
  2. Arrange the fries in a single layer on a baking tray and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once midway, until golden brown and crisp.
Cooking
  1. Sauté the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and crumbled, then drain excess fat.
  2. Place the baked fries in a heatproof serving dish. Distribute the shredded cheddar evenly, followed by the cooked ground beef.
  3. Return the dish to the oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese has fully melted.
Serving
  1. Drizzle sour cream over the top. Scatter diced red onion, chopped tomatoes, and herbs over the loaded fries.
  2. Serve hot for optimal texture and flavor.
