Cheesecake Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth filling.
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping or whipped cream Fold this into the cheesecake mixture.
Toppings
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans For extra flavor, lightly toast the pecans.
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade) Adjust the amount based on desired sweetness.

Preparation
  1. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions. Bake as directed, allow them to cool completely, and then cut into small bite-sized chunks.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
Assembly
  1. Fold in the whipped topping to the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  2. In small cups or mason jars, start layering your dessert. Begin with a layer of brownie chunks, then add a layer of cheesecake filling, followed by a sprinkle of chopped pecans and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
  3. Repeat the layers to create a second round.
  4. Finish with a generous topping of pecans and an extra drizzle of caramel sauce.
Chill and Serve
  1. Chill the assembled cups in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  2. To serve, simply take the chilled cups out of the fridge and garnish with extra pecans or whipped cream.
