Ingredients
  

For the dressing
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup clover honey
  • 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the salad
  • 4 cups small broccoli florets (diced)
  • 4 cups small cauliflower florets (diced)
  • 12 slices thick cut bacon (cooked and diced)
  • 8 ounces Colby Jack cheese (small cubed)
  • 1/2 medium red onion (chopped and rinsed)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, red wine vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Cover the dressing and chill it in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
Salad Assembly
  1. While the dressing is chilling, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, cooked bacon, cheese, and chopped red onion in a large salad bowl.
  2. Once the dressing is chilled, pour it over the salad ingredients.
  3. Toss everything together gently to coat the veggies and bacon with the dressing.
  4. For an extra touch, top with some additional bacon before serving.
